As a "born again" biker (35 year gap) I must say that the Bonnie was all that I'd hoped - the classic looks but with modern electrics, handling, brakes and, of course, the motor (no oil leaks!!). I have purchased motorcycles for forty one years from dealers local to where I live and a couple further afield, but I have never had the pure pleasure of buying a motorcycle like I just have from Bill Smith Motors. The sheer professionalism and courtesy shown to me was stunning. Suzuki UK should be proud that they have got them to sell their bikes. I would personally recommend that they are voted dealer of the year. I hope Suzuki Uk will thank the whole team from me.

Thanks for your email, everything is fantastic with the bike, really pleased. Thanks for the top class service from yourself and other staff at Bill Smiths it made the whole experience one to remember. I really enjoyed riding the bike home, fantastic round the bends....be a lot better when the tyres are broke in.

My two main contacts at the dealer Bill Smiths. Dave and Kelvin were very knowledgeable about the Bonneville range, I had researched in detail my choice of new bike as I do not change often and usually buy second hand I have owned a bike since the age of 17 and my fondest memories were always of my 1977 T140V, the test ride was great, no pressure on time and a coffee and a chat on my return. Kelvin at the dealers is involved in the local RAT club and rides a Bonneville himself, what an endorsement for the brand. Dave is an experienced and very knowledgeable sales person with a very personal approach. I work in the retail sector in Senior Management and appreciate good service so well done to Bill Smiths. Unfortunately the colour I wanted was not going to be ready for nearly four months, disappointing but the guys took my part exchange and kept me updated throughout the wait, when I collected the bike it was a pleasure to do business with them. Having owned a Harley for 6 years I thought they had cornered customer service and branding, but this is not the case, well done Bill Smiths and Triumph you are fighting back for British bikes
